DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT
Faith is a film born from a personal place, a desire to explore how an average person can overcome a life-changing event and continue on with hope. Resilience, belief, and our capacity to rebuild are things that have shaped my own life, and my hope is that their authenticity will resonate far beyond language and cultural differences, or borders. Life is tough. People are dealt difficult cards, often without warning, yet it’s in the recovery, those fragile, uncertain steps we take, where our humanity shines brightest. Stylistically, Faith blends raw authenticity with touches of heightened reality and genre elements. Ultimately, I want viewers to leave the film with a sense of possibility.
