In 2012 Alain Parroni (1992) co-directed his first film, the animated Aetema. The meeting with the graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister helps him to better his knowledge about visual arts; for that, he also spends a time in NY. In 2014 with the group of artist of THREEAB, he started to make several thing, such as the short film Drudo, that won the Best Directing and Best Film at the 48 Hours Film Project and other awards at Filmapalooza 2015 of Atlanta. He then co-directed the short film Il miracolo, that won a special mention at Nastri d’Argento 2016. The following year, he graduated with honors from Arti della Cinematografia at Rome University of Fine Arts. His thesis short, Adavede, premiered at 74th Venice Film Festival (Settimana Internazionale della Critica section) and at 59th Zinebi - Bilbao International Festival.
