Francesca Archibugi
Director and screenwriter Francesca Archibugi’s debut film was the 1988 Mignon Has Come to Stay, winner of five David di Donatellos and two Silver Ribbons. She has directed films like Towards Evening, The Great Pumpkin, With Closed Eyes, Flying Lessons, A Question of the Heart, An Italian Name, and The Hummingbird. She has also directed several TV series, such as Romanzo famigliare and La Storia. All in all, Archibugi has received five David di Donatello awards and three Silver Ribbons.
